Can I combine orders?

Yes we are happy to combine orders.

All orders above $149 will be delivered free throughout Australia.

Can I pick up my item to save on postage?

Once your item(s) have been paid in full we are happy to arrange a convenient time for collection from our office.

How soon will my item be delivered?

As soon as your payment has cleared, we forward your order to the warehouse. It will usually be dispatched within 2 business days.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays

No, dispatch and delivery occur on business days only. Special arrangements can sometimes be made for pick up from our South Caulfield office on public holidays and weekends.

How can I help to ensure speedy delivery

If you provide telephone contact details and a physical address delivery times will be faster.

Questions About Gusto Pendant Lights

Are replacement glass holders available? 

Yes, these are available for $5.50 each including GST.

Can this light be fixed to a raked ceiling?

No, this light does not have a knuckle suitable for fixing to raked ceilings however, there are many other pendants in our range which you could consider.

Are your items factory seconds?

No, all of our items are new items in original packaging.

Do you offer a warranty?

All items carry a full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty varies according to item. For pendant lights a 1 year warranty applies if installed by a licensed electrical contractor.

Are my items insured during transit?

Yes, all items are covered for transit insurance.

What happens if my item is damaged during delivery?

We look after our customers. If your item(s) are damaged during transit let us know within 7 days and we will liaise with the warehouse for prompt replacement or repairs as appropriate.

Do you have a showroom?

At this stage we do not operate a showroom but we have a large and exciting product range that we are happy to share with you.

What are your office hours?

Our regular office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday but we are often able to respond to emails outside these hours.

What size Transformer should I use for Outdoors

Try not to use more than 80% of the transformer's capacity. That will give you room for possible future expansion and you won't have dim lights at the end of the line from line resistance. If, for example, you have a 300 watt transformer, you can install a total of about 240 watts (300 watts x 80% = 240 watts); you could have 24 x 10 watt lamps, 8 x 30 watt lamps, 10 x 20 watt lamps + 4 x 10 watt lamps, and so on.

Ingress Protection (IP) ratings

The Ingress Protection (IP) rating scheme is an internationally-recognised system of defining the degree of protection against the entry of solid and liquid objects.  It is a very simple system using two numbers to symbolise increasingly greater sealing from solid objects and from water.

For example, a product rated as being sealed to IP 44 will provide some degree of protection from penetration by dust and a splash of water, but it would not be expected to completely seal against all dust or being immersed in water.
