Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. We enjoy terrific relationships with trade customers including electricians, landscapers, builders and others who purchase items in bulk.

Do you have a showroom?

At this stage we do not operate a showroom but we have a large and exciting product range that we are happy to share with you.

What are your office hours?

Our regular office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday and we are often able to respond to emails outside these hours.

Product Quality  

Do you sell factory seconds?

No. All of our items are new items in original packaging.

Can I return an item if I haven't opened the box?

Yes. We offer a 7-day Money Back Guarantee (excluding shipping fees) provided:

  1. You seek a Return Authority from inDemand within 7 days of the delivery date (including your eBay UserID, Item number and brief explanation);
  2. both the item and packaging materials are returned in original saleable condition; and
  3. the item has not been installed.

Will my item be covered by warranty?

All items carry a full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty is only valid for products installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. The warranty will be honoured by the manufacturer only, and varies according to item.

Does the warranty cover commerical use?

No. These products are not designed or warranted for industrial or commercial use. Applications deemed by the manufacturer to be of a commercial nature are not covered by warranty. You are welcome to contact us to request a copy of the manufacturer's instructions and warranty conditions.

How do I arrange a replacement if there is a problem with my item?

In the unlikely event that you receive an incomplete, incorrect or faulty item contact us including a photo of the item (or part) within 7 days from the date of delivery to obtain a Return Authority.

We will then liaise with the manufacturer to arrange a swift exchange, replacement or refund as appropriate (including shipping fees).

We will need written proof of qualified electrical installation before we are able to assist with warranty claims on products which state that installation by a registered electrical contractor is required.

We will not be liable to our customers for any damages beyond the amount of money that you have actually paid us.

Delivery

Can I combine orders?

Yes. We are happy to combine orders. Orders above $149 will be delivered FREE throughout Australia.

Can I pick up my item to save on postage?

Once your item(s) have been paid in full we are happy to arrange a convenient time for collection from our office.

How soon will my item be delivered?

As soon as your payment has cleared, we forward your order to the warehouse.
From experience, most deliveries within metro areas are received by customers within 3 business days, deliveries to WA, rural and regional areas can take up to 1 week.

Let us know if you would like freight details and tracking numbers for your item.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

No. Dispatch and delivery occur on business days only. Special arrangements can sometimes be made for pick up from our South Caulfield (VIC) office on public holidays and weekends.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We are happy to assist with international deliveries to New Zealand and islands near Australia, but you will need to contact us first for an individual quote on shipping costs.

How can I help to ensure speedy delivery?

If you provide telephone contact details and a workplace address delivery times will be faster.

What happens if no one answers when the courier arrives with my item(s)?

If no one is available to sign for your item the courier will leave a calling card with the carrier's contact details so that you may arrange an alternate delivery.

Are my items insured during transit?

Yes. All items are covered for transit insurance.

What happens if my item is damaged during delivery?

We look after our customers. If your item(s) are damaged during transit let us know within 7 days and we will arrange for prompt replacement or repairs as appropriate.
